Returns and Exchange Information.

If you are not fully satisfied with any garment you receive, you are welcome to return
them unworn (with labels attached) within one month of purchase.

2. View your Orders at the bottom of the screen
3. Click on the order being returned
4. Print Returns form
5. Specify refund or exchanges you require

We do not offer a return paid service so please ensure sufficient postage is on your envelope and retain a proof of postage.

Customers are liable for their own returns. Brastop.com holds no responsibilities for returns sent to us.

We advise that any returns of a substantial amount are sent back to us using recorded delivery. This makes the parcel easy to track and offers a better service with the Royal Mail.

RETURNS POLICY:
1. Returns must be made within one month of purchase.
2. All garments must be returned unworn and with tags attached.
3. Enclose your completed Returns Form.
4. Please retain Proof of Postage.

Please be advised that items purchased from our website can not be returned to our stores. Any purchases made on-line must be returned to: Brastop.com 280 Station Road, Harrow, Middlesex HA1 2EA.

Naturally we are relying on Royal Mail to deliver your returned goods.
You should allow up to 5 working days for your return to arrive with us.
We do not offer a return paid service so please ensure sufficient postage is on your envelope and retain a proof of postage.
(Overseas returns will take up to 10 working days)

Any exchange will be dispatched by First Class Royal Mail the following working day and can take up to 5 working days to reach you.
(Overseas exchanges can take up to 10 working days)

Refunds will be processed the following working day, but will take up to 4 working days to reach your account.
